Compatibility and Processing

MB-110 is ideal for extrusion processes, mainly for film production.

‍ It can be evaluated in Injection or blow molding , although it may present dispersion issues. Its formulation allows smooth integration with recycled resins , ensuring high-quality results. ‍ Compatible Resins:

  • High-Density Polyethylene
  • Low-Density Polyethylene
  • Linear Low-Density Polyethylene
  • Polypropylene

‍Suggested Molding Processes:

  • Cold-runner injection molding
  • Extrusion (evaluate).
  • Blow molding (evaluate).

‍

‍Recommended Processing Temperature:

  • 140-210°C

  • 35–45 RPM, maximum 7 minutes
