Compatibility and Processing
MB-110 is ideal for extrusion processes, mainly for film production.
It can be evaluated in injection or blow molding, although it may present dispersion issues.
Its formulation allows smooth integration with recycled resins, ensuring high-quality results.
Compatible Resins:
- High-Density Polyethylene
- Low-Density Polyethylene
- Linear Low-Density Polyethylene
- Polypropylene
Suggested Molding Processes:
- Cold-runner injection molding
- Extrusion (evaluate).
- Blow molding (evaluate).
Recommended Processing Temperature:
- 140-210°C
Suggested Mixing Times:
- 35–45 RPM, maximum 7 minutes
