AD-311 PROTECTOR DE MOLDES

What is it used for?

AD-311 protects mold cavities and surfaces when they are not in use. It prevents stains, oxidation, and rust buildup.

How does it work?

• It forms a white layer on the metal, made with titanium-based inorganic derivatives.
• That layer repels moisture, oils, and grease.
• It provides prolonged protection against natural corrosion.

Instructions for Use

1. Thoroughly clean the mold surface and cavities as you normally would.
2. Apply a small amount of AD-311 mold cleaner and remove the excess with a dry cloth.
3. Wait about 3 minutos para que se evapore el limpiador.
4. Shake the Mold Protector container well to mix the contents.
5. Apply an even white coat from about 10 cm de distancia.
6. Allow it to dry. Reapply wherever needed.
7. When necessary, clean the mold again with AD-311.

• Is it abrasive? No. The materials are organic with metallic additives, but they do not damage molds.
• Is it toxic? No. The main ingredient is a corrosion-inhibiting zinc derivative in chemical forms that do not pose health risks.
